- All US orders with a physical address will be shipped using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery
- Please allow two day handling time
All SAVARD Speakers are convered under a Limited Warranty for a period of (2) Two Year from date of sale. Proof of sale must be returned with defective parts and freight must be prepaid. Applicability of warranty coverage will be determined by SAVARD SPEAKER SYSTEMS.
All defective products will be covered under warranty except the following:
- Physical Damage
- Water Damage
- Abuse, Accident, Misuse or Faulty Installation (Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse unless accompanied by a receipt from professional installer)
****Warranty is automatically void when purchased from anyone other than franchised SAVARD DEALERS, and/or SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT proper packing (i.e. styrofoam balls, packing peanuts, or any method not stabilizing/securing said product) to ensure the stability of product in question in transit back to SAVARD****
Warranty Repair or Replacement parts will be returnred freight prepaid. Parts not covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced and returns C.O.D. for parts and freight costs.

***ALL Products Purchased from SAVARD SPEAKER SYSTEMS will have an individual RA form Included within Package, if you require a Return Authorization Form Please Message Us.

Write the RA number outside of the shipping box to where it is visible upon arrival. Any box without a visible RA number may result in refusal by our receiving department. Put the completed RA FORM inside the box with your item. Any returned item without the completed form will result in delay in processing your request. Please send the item back to us in a standard shipping box with insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items during shipment of the package.
